I am a General Contractor & Builder with 52 years experience ranging from a Master Carpenter to a Construction Manager. I’ve worked on Projects through the years from NYC, to Long Island, Westchester, Fairfield & Columbia Counties, specializing in Residential and Light Commercial Architectural Alterations, Additions, Restorations & New Construction.

Currently I am working throughout Columbia County, Northern Dutchess County, Eastern Green & Southern Rensselaer.

I also have extensive experience in Green, Natural, Sustainable, Energy Efficient & Passive House Certified Building as well.

I maintain a high level of craftsmanship, detailing, protection & job site cleaning with my own long term crew of carpenters as well as high quality & responsive sub-contractors in all the other trades.

I personally supervise all of the details & work performed on my projects and maintain a course of proper job management to expedite the job. I guarantee a firm completion schedule. We work on only 1-2 jobs at a time maintaining a continuity of labor and management on the job.

Although our pricing is competitive , we are usually the middle price and not the lowest price in the bidding process. This is due to the nature of the protection, type of building products used, detailing of installations, proper job cleaning & supervision that go into our projects.

We maintain 95% dust free & 100% damage free conditions in your existing living quarters throughout the course of your project.

Many building details that we apply from framing through the building envelope, mechanicals and finishes are items that many other contractors aren’t aware of, or don’t include, due to the additional time & expense.

These details leave you with a building product that stands the test of time without showing the signs of poor workmanship & premature faulting of the Structure, Building products, & finishes.
