Experience

I am a contractor with 42 years experience as a carpenter and construction manager. I manage & supervise my jobs personally on a daily basis with a crew of my own carpenters.

Craftsmanship

We do all of our own framing, siding & woodwork with related top quality subcontractors in all of the other trades, both in New York & Connecticut. I maintain a high quality of craftsmanship, construction detailing, mechanical designing & engineering.

We incorporate many building details that we apply from framing through the building envelope & mechanicals , to guarantee a quality structure that will stand the test of time.

Process

We offer a high level of service and management during the course of your project . We maintain proper protection & job site cleaning, maintaining dust and damage free living quarters through the course of your project.

This allows you to maintain comfort and residency during the course of the job, whether it is a Bathroom, Kitchen Alteration or even with half of the house under construction or the entire roof removed.

We work on only 1-3 jobs at a time maintaining a continuity of labor on the job and following a course of proper job management to expedite the job & guarantee a timely completion schedule.

We take care in our service and pride in our workmanship, so our customers may appreciate the value and satisfaction of our finished product for many years to come.
